Watched the film last night. It’s funny enough but my main pleasure was seeing all the cast so young and the different paths their careers have taken.

I've never seen the movie.

It's like cultural boiler plate over here for almost everyone I know.

I don't let on that I haven't seen it, I just wait the conversation out.

Loads of the jokes miss their mark, but its goofy, endearing and the cast are clearly having the craic.

Had a go of episode 1 last night and it was pretty disappointing, chiefly cos the cast is so great I was hoping for wall to wall laughs, but it mostly just wasn't that funny.

Maybe if I knew the movie it'd be a different, but it seemed a pretty one note joke stretched to 30 minutes. Maybe it warms up.

Ken Marino is amazing but Chris Meloni is my favourite. He’s a really underrated comedy actor.

yes, he is absolutely hilarious in this. Everyone is, its a really, really strong cast, playing exceptionally funny roles. I never really like comedy so.

gag i think. did they get the guy who played the radio kid in the movie, who would be an adult now, to overdub the current radio kid?
