'C-List Celeb/Soap outcast in rock and roll travesty' shock. Clench, everyone...
Claire Sweeney, who's carving a 'meteoric' career on UK TV, is reported to be in the process of recording a version of Queen's 'Too Much Love Will Kill You', the ballad adopted as the unofficial signature tune to mourn Freddie Mercury. Evidently, Brian May is 'assisting'...
To help take the taste away, we also have details of the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert DVD. It'll be released on 13th May and will comprise two discs. The first will include all manner of backstage and rehearsal footage, while the second will feature the later - and let's face it, the 'better' half of the gig.
The track listing is as follows:
Tie Your Mother Down - with Joe Elliott
I Want It All - with Roger Daltry
Las Palabras De Amor - with Zucchero
Hammer To Fall - with Gary Cherone
Stone Cold Crazy - with James Hetfield
Crazy Little Thing Called Love - with Robert Plant
Too Much Love Will Kill You - with Brian May (not Ms Sweeney...)
Radio Ga Ga - with Paul Young
