vitamin deficiency? (1 Viewer)

hey, all around my mouth has been yellow for months. I eat pretty healthy, am vegetarian and take spatone iron. the last while though i just feel so drained all the time but i know its just cos of stress. just wondering if it could be a vitamin b12 deficiency? anyone know what it the yellowness could be and whats the best way to get the missing vitamin? cheers goiz

I didn't think it was important enough to go to the doctor with, unless it was "around my mouth is yellow AND i'm pissing through my nose"

Do you drink much lucozade? Have you tried rubbing around your mouth with a damp cloth?

maybe you're getting too much iron? i think feeling really drained and having skin discoloration is definitely a good enough problem to go to the doctor with.
as far as i know b12 deficiency doesn't discolor, but taking a b complex would probably help your energy levels. but i would check with a doctor anyway and make sure you're not getting too much or too little of something that mightn't occur to you.
