i got stuff from forumw.org loads on that i got avg full with anti spyware for free just have a good look on there anything you could ever want is on it

Symantec isn't free. AVG is the best, free, anti-virus package for windows.

I've got the free version AVG but it seems to be doing a pretty shit job. Got 3 Worms and a load of Adware...

What browser do you sue?
I use Firefox and that stops most adware
Also get this to kill all adware and use it once a week, make sure you update it regularly etc

i got symantec for free.
spybot is good for gettin rid of unwanted adware...i think its free.

nah couldnt be arsed and lack of money and motivation for the drive is also putting me off no gigs til i can afford to go to blackpool or maybe just leechrum

no problems with adware since I switched from IE to Firefox.

and ditching Nortons for AVG has meant my PC doesn't grind to a halt as often as it used to.
