I always thought one of the points of the 'underground' scene was that bands would help each other out instead of competing against each other. Awards like that just turn it into some sort of competition in my eyes, as if the 'winners' get to say "We're better than all you!". Load of bollocks I reckon, just another desperate grasp for recognition.
Unless it's just a big piss-take, in which case fair enough.

Also, I vote for George McFly's mate to take all the awards.
