I happened to have the TV on in the background with the sound off while doing some work on my computer and looked up so see an image of an mp3 being downloaded from thumped. Did here what they were saying but the story was about UPC's court win against the music industry. Seemed like they were showing thumped as an example of illegal downloading along with Kazaa but didn't hear it.

pete - i think you should mount a legal challenge which would have the outcome that anytime another website/tv show/future media format mentions thumped, the are oblidged to use a screen grab of the general forum with bored in work, wanking off to bratz dolls and gorrillaz mot as scare for the top three threads.
