Laugh it up, I know... 
Finding a three bed to rent for about 1600 (that's not in, yknow, Rush) is disturbingly hard.
So I'm chancing my arm that some of ye lads might happen to know of a place undergoing a mass vacation some time soon.
Would consider Dublins 1,2 and closer ends of 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8.
Me (female professional), friend (male professional) and third individual (identity, gender, occupation, general buzz to be decided...)
As I said, about 1650 would be deadly.
Beyond that, we're not fussed.
