Last headliner from us for a while. finishing the second album over the next 2 moths and heading to play vienna and ValMez festival in the czech republic.

Can someone - perhaps the Tycho Brahe - post more definitive information about the Czech gig - a URL for the event for example, cos the above one is of little use - info such as... who else is performing and where in Cz it is... etc?

It might be an event I'd like to catch.

It is 4 hours east of Prague by train, near the border with Slovakia

Line-iup here and the acts are nearly all from that part of the world.

The 3 day festival was started by the town locals a few years ago to promote tourism and the local economy and now attracts a crowd from across europe. We are playing in the courtyard of a castle.

I took a train from Praha to Bratislava once... painful. Long. Uncomfortable. Border checks and so on.

Nonetheless... the idea has some appeal - I'm gonna check some flights

got a bus from berlin to prague once. spilt scalding tea on my crotch at the border. waited 2 hours in the freezing cold bus. there was an indian girl with her english boyfriend with us and they questioned her for about 90 mins. poor thing.

same experience..london to prague via bus..looong journey got to the border all non europeans we taken off the bus..some got back on others didn't..it was like an old movie about the cold war lived out by the side of the road.
