This trio led by up and coming pianist Linda Adams is just one of the many opportunities to catch the new wave of young local jazz musicians at the source. Adams, who is currently in her final year of studies in the Newpark Jazz Dept, selects pieces by contemporary composers such as Wayne Shorter and Brad Mehldau along with Chick Corea and Michael Brecker. For Polish bassist Pavel Wysota, it will be his first appearance at the BBR while Matt Jacobson continues to be an inspirational force behind the kit.
Doors at 8:30pm, Adm is €6 but €5 to all at Thumped
