ok its not really the jayhawks, but Gary Louris and Mark Olson are playing in Whelans on the 24th and its about the closest you're likely to get to the Jayhawks.
I really hope the play some sound of lies and smile. "all the right reasons and "i'm gonna make you love me" are still TWO of my favourite songs.
I'm pathetically excited about this now.

the vocals between the two guys send shivers down your spine alright (would you believe i got Tomorrow the green grass one year as a christmas present. it was a shivery christmas to say the least!).

when Olson left after Tomorrow the green grass the vocals were still great, but they didnt have that same spark in my opinion that Louris and Olson.
