This is one of the few irish bands that i can honestly say i despise. Im sure there really nice people and all that but their music melts my head. Caught their performance at Oxegen and i thought it was the biggest load of horse shit iv ever seen. plus the lead singer is too pretty to be the front man of a "Punk band"

Its like giving the boyos from westlife a Kooks album a guitar and a sex pistols t-shirt, Bada bing bada boom i present the Blizzards

Whilst on a stag in athlone- my friend announced to a bouncer that we were in fact two of the Blizzards + manager as we queued to get into some bunjoe nite spot called Karma

We were promptly ushered in past the queueing masses by the bouncer who looked like so awe struck an awe may well have struck him on his noggin.
