I found a shop that sells it. The Asian Foodstore on Mary Street, beside the camping shops. Loads of it. Down in the back fridge. €4.50 for a decent size block.

Then i lobbed it into this amazing curry.

Fry a diced red onion, in some veg oil, for a few mins

Add:
Chopped Green chilli
Minced garlic clove or 2
Teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
Chopped fresh ginger
Tsp of cumin
Tsp of Coriander
half tsp of turmeric

Fry for a bit, then add your paneer cheese. Fry for 2 mins.

Add tin of tomatoes or 2, loads of fresh leaf spinach and some lemon juice. Stir it up (little darling...)

Simmer for a while. Eat the fuck out of it.

oh thats a great shop. Which one is the paneer cheese? Does it come in a tin or something? Never noticed it myself - bet it says PANEER CHEESE in real big writing on the label eh?...

It comes in blocks. Wrapped in plastic and it does say Panner on the front but its not very noticeable.

When i was in last time they were located in the fridge at the back, to the left. Lots of it. Various brands.

Grumpy bastards in the shop tho. Bloody taliban......
