We're taking a break from the live music this month, and going with one of our infamous all-DJ nights. Resident 'Birdbrains Mossy, Neilio, Paul & Simon will be playing, ahem, "music" designed specifically for your uneasy listening pleasure.
So if you find yourselves at loose ends this Sunday night, and fancy a few pints and hearing some sounds you're unlikely to come across elsewhere, come on down. Or up. As is usual with these types of night, it's free in, and we'll get things started at 8pm.

Plus, we'll have the by-now tediously standard shenanigans at www.powerfm.org beforehand, with our weekly Radio-Inactivity webcast. Starts at 6pm, goes on until 7:30pm. Tune in, turn up, drone on.
PLUG: On Sunday week (August 5th), as is usual on the first Sunday of each month, Hefty Horse offers up its usual folk-based banquet in the upstairs of Anseo, starting at 8:15pm. For a mere fiver, you'll get to see Elsworth Cambs launching their EP, and Big Monster Love and Miriam Keegan will also be playing.
