being positive - some good snippets of the year. a few insightful interviews.

being critical - i thought it was a bit narrow. too few people and giving too short a time perspective of the centre. it was also a bit depressing - there was the constant sense of inevitability without too much in the way of inspiring people.

I saw it in danish when it was 500 stone throwing autonome violent psychopaths from hell and had it translated for me. If your download comes with an english srt file, do you think you could send it to me?

I'd pretty much echo what broken arm said. I think there was reluctance of people (from the house/in the scene) willing to do interviews so it's a bit skewed. And it's a short period that doesn't even get up to Dec. 16th let alone March. There was a huge change just over a 6-8 month period in both the scene/movement and in Copenhagen in general.
Some of it is also a bit overly emotive and could do with a bit more political analysis. The scene on the island when the police turn up and tell them they're all arrested is quite funny.

There'll be a big production documentary out on March 1st to coincide with the one year anniversary of the eviction that will include footage from inside the house when it was evicted and I'm sure more about the riots and what's been happening since then.

The doco's alright, a bit dry and self-consciously tragic: very Danish, then.

Worth seeing though. I reckon the March 1st one will be miles better.

I think there was also RAF stuff there too IIRC. It all goes back to the 80s I suppose. Yeah, Danish, what a weird fucking language.
