Someone please point me in the direction of some good new rock bands (1 Viewer)

Maybe its an age thing, but I find most of the rock groups today that MTV forces on us so uninteresting, I know EmptyV is hardly the place to find inspirational music....... but none of these bands affect me in the same way listening to the Pixies or nirvana or PJ Harvey or Metallica's 80's output does....ect

taking the pixies as a benchmark.....recommend us some decent no strike that amazing new rock music ....please

System Of A Down's Toxicity album reminded me that brilliant metal albums are still being made.
