This is all spiraling out of control, so let's just try and stick to the main
point. Nobody likes reading megaton posts.

This march was originally declared in solidarity with an anarchist child
murdered by Greek police.

Through backtracking and revisionism it is now agreed that the march was
in solidarity with the disenfranchised of Greece who are expressing their
anger (aka rioting, burning, looting), 'sparked' by the murder of a child.

I think this is hypocritical bollocks, typical political maneuvering no matter
which way you look at it.

It doesn't fool me and I find it despicable that a group would latch on to
someone's identity for their own gain before they are even in their grave.

If you find the reclassification of the march's solidarity acceptable then
that's your choice to make.

Your long posts are written in the style of song lyrics, ie they don't stretch along the box like this. I would have to say that when involved in a discussion/debate as such in this particular thread it most def works as I don't have time or patience for the earlier mentioned fill the box long way but your new innovative way def catches and holds my attention. Wonder if Shorty will start using this method too..

A poll has suggested most people think the riots are a social uprising rather than just a reaction to the shooting.

Sixty per cent of those questioned by the Kathimerini newspaper rejected the assertion that the disturbances have been merely a series of co-ordinated attacks by a small hard core of anarchists.

Another poll, in the left-wing Ethnos newspaper, suggested that 83% of Greeks were unhappy with the government's response to the violence. Kathimerini put the disapproval rating at 68%.

The BBC's Malcolm Brabant in Athens says the results appear to confirm what many commentators have been saying - that Prime Minister Kostas Karamanlis has pulled off the unique feat of alienating all sections of Greek society.

It was yesterday cormac I told ye.
It was good like, all we dreamed and more, except it turns out anarcho-syndicalist utopia is a wee bit shite so every says to just go back to the hegemonic imperialist global capitalist model, which is at least a bit of craic, with the shoe-throwing and all.
