THE URGES: Primitive garage punk sound!!! The Urges are the hottest and coolest shit to come out of Ireland since Them featuring Van Morrison early in the sixties.
FALLEN RULE is a new rock & roll band born in 2010 in Dublin, Ireland. The brainchild of frontman Scott Glennon, the band was conceived while he was lead guitarist with much-loved Dubliners, The Brothers Movement (previously Mainline).
THE BLACK STRANDS: ‘I fell in love with their dirty Psychedelic sound – this was proper rock music with three solid minutes of instrumental wah-wah goodness – think “Four Horsemen” by Aphrodite’s Child dragged through the dirt by the Irish and you get the idea.’ – www.boxsetgo.com
This Other Kingdom are a 4-piece-Alternative / Experimental band from Dublin. As though it seems they are new on the block, they have a pretty impressive c.v with bands like Sweet Jane & The Distractors to name but a few as there past experiences.
