Just happened a guy here in the house.
I booked it online with my credit card.
He filled in his name (cos I didn't know how to spell his crazy Polish surname).

Got confirmation e-mail with my first name & his surname.
Clearly a balls up on their part cos there's no way he'd have accidentally put in my first name.

Tried to phone them but they charge something like €1.75/min if you want the luxury of talking to a human,
He went to the airport & they told him it'd cost €100 to change.
Ticket cost €140.
