Hi, a friend of mine is looking for someone to rent a room in her house in Inchicore. If you're interested pm me and I'll put you in touch with her. It's available in the next two to four weeks. Here's the info she sent me:
I have one free room in a cute redbrick house, going at the bargain rate of €400 per month. Limited availability so book your viewing appointment early!
Room has: double bed, desk, large wardrobe, fireplace
House features: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, small roof garden, open fireplace, parking space, brand new juicer machine (never used!), broken record player, 2 friendly kittens, and 2 friendly girls (late 20s) who like to eat, drink and be merry.
Is on 51 and 78 bus routes (v. regular), soon to be on Luas. Also possible to cycle along the canal to town.
Near IMMA and the Naas Road.
Oh, and it's non smoking but you can smoke on the roof!
