To share with two girls in late twenties (one in media, one PhD student), into music and cinema, cracking cooks. All mod cons, parking space, on bus routes. Plus Luas into town every 5 mins from August onwards. Suit someone clean, relatively sociable, laid back. NB Will be non-smoking house; also you'll need to like/tolerate the cat!
