Righto, theres a room for rent for one or a couple in Lower DOminic Street.
THe rent would be 525 for a couple or 350 for a single.
Theres a kitchen, living room, a bog w/shower, an attic and a crack den.
The house runs on the electic so theres one bill thats usually around 60 quid every two months.
The gaff has a no TV policy unless you want to put one in your own room.
Its located beside a church so mass is real close.
Moore street is just a minutes walk away for kicks.
