Anyone else watching these series of films? Just watched the first one 1974 on 4od there and it was incredible. Dense, dark, depressing and any other adjective beginning with D. Superb stuff. Hopefully I'll get the last one watched before the last one before the final film tonight.

I liked the acting and direction/look of the first one but i felt the plot to be very rushed at the end..

Delightful? Delicious!

Saw the first one and then completely forgot about it... was deadly though. Loved the cinematography or whatever you call it, anyway it was delicious to look at.

Production design and photography were amazing, as was the choice of cast. Watched 1974, and it somehow amounted to less than the sum of it's parts. :(

amazing, but also amazingly bleak. each is beautifully shot and excellently acted, but it's difficult viewing - graphic violence, incessant misery and hopelessness. still, I loved it.
