Dear All,

Please could someone recommend some good, trustworthy websites to purchase recording/musical equipment from?

I would also be grateful if someone could recommend a few decent 8 tracks. What do you think of this eight track? http://www.zzounds.com/item--BOSBR864

Thanks,

Bingo.

thomann. Digital village. Turnkey. Gearonline. Funky Junk. All are good.
As for that 8 track, I wouldn't know, best thing is to try to find some reviews. Soundonsound.com has a searchable reviews section.
G'luck!

I use a Zoom MRS 802 digital 8-track and fucking love it. Its simple, straight forward, well designed and reliable. Also, you can buy it without the built in CD burner for a couple of hundred less and then buy a perfectly compatible burner that fits into the slot like the official one, for 30euros over in phibsboro.
Legend.
They sell 'em in Waltons but you probly get it cheaper and with better after sale service any where else in the world. Waltons are wank.

Boss do good 8 tracks. I have an old br8 model which has been updated and improved (different recording medium). There really easy to use and results are pretty good.
