I've never been in a Punk v Metal debate b4, There is a certain Metal I kinda think is ok called..not sure..maybe Thrash? anyhows would rather have Metal than PunkSka or Green day type "Punk".
I do hate the dinosaur metal though, Hawkwind and the like, Deep Purple etc
