"Overcome by complacency, apathy, and the lack of truly aggressive music, Portland, Oregon gave birth to the Hardcore Metal group known as Proven. Defining determination and possessing a strong desire to bring their message to the world, Proven has shown that they are determined to not let anything hold them back, and determined to do more on their own terms, by their own hands.
Their songs, sound, work ethic, and live show garnered the attention of Billy Graziadei of Biohazard in 2006. Proven has since recorded three albums with Billy as co-producer and co-engineer, has shared the stage with a lot of great bands including Chimaira, Shadows Fall, Biohazard, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Darkest Hour, Amon Amarth, Otep, Terror and many more."
