To celebrate the upcoming release of my first solo album, which will be available as a free download package in the not too distant (but secret) future, I'm gonna play a few songs from it on Friday the 21st of January 2011 in The Back Loft, La Cathedral Studios, just off Thomas St.

The album was recorded, mixed and mastered by James Eager of the Hive Studios. I had an amazing time working on this with James, and it was something of an interesting and exciting learning curve for the both of us.
The songs can be described loosely as classical guitar based, contemporary folk, with percussion from Andy Mooney, some drumming from my good friend Mick Roe, along with string and piano arrangements written by the incredible Julia Mahon.
Support on the night will come from the very talented Amber Wilson from Aberdeen, Scotland, with more supports to be confirmed soon.
And, oh yeah... it's BYOB!
