does anyobody have any idea what the irish labour laws are regarding the amount of consecutive on-call hours one can legally do are ?

is it deemed kosher to be on call for more than 48 hours ?

Are there any guidelines on minimum compensation (days in lieu etc,) ?

If anybody has any idea or could point me towards a website i would be most obliged.
