Oozing Wound are coming back for another round of festivals and club shows after last year's stint that saw them squirting their noise-infused thrash on countless European stages, to leave them covered in muck and sweat.
Still high on the toxic fumes of Whatever Forever, their third album released in October '16 by Thrill Jockey Records, they might have a lesson or two in brazen nihilism that they are itching to teach you, all the while beating you upside your head with the power of mutant guitars. If the nuclear apocalypse portrayed on a million record covers were to happen for real, be sure that thrash metal would sound THIS way.
