The band who did the theme music for Kids In The Hall were Shadowy Men On A Shadowy Planet.
although they started in 1984 they were part of the early 60's surf instrumental revival that was big in the early 90's.
They did a Peel Session in 1993 where during a medley they played a bit of the TKITH theme.
