hello
myself and my mum are on a mortgage together. we pay 50% each. Last year she had to give up work and go on disability due to arthritis. I think she is entitled to mortgage relief .But will the fact that I am on it too complicate things.I do not live in the house and rent on my own or will I have to pay the full mortgage .

no, the fact that you own the residence aswell does not have an affect on her mortgage interest relief
