no he means loud, fast, rules. pretty much a street punk magazine from the us, pretty good so it is, tower records used to stock it but havent done in about two years, u have to buy online now off of interpunk http://interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=156568&

Yeah, i picked it up a year or two ago when i was over in the states. Great magazine. Free CD was excellent.
