Quite liking it's ways so far. Some nice touches, like in Mail where it automatically finds a date in the email and gives you a dropdown option to add it to ical.

Keep em coming. I'm not convinced yet, but mainly as I use my mac for pro tools now, Leopard dont support it yet.

Is it faster?

I know Front Row is pure toy but it's great all the same. Nice Movie Trailers feature too. I know it's just a fancy way of watching trailers from apple.com but it works.

Hard to tell if the OS is faster because I'm working off a new machine. I've skipped many generations of processor so I'd expect the mac to be a lot faster anyway.

so any bugs running cs3 apps? or cracked ableton 6? wondering if its time to make the leap, have it sitting there on me shelf since it came out but was hearing too many bad things at first. all that crap ironed out now?
i should really just scout the mac forums i know, may aswell ask here first tho'.

noticed a bit of a weird problem with flash CS3 crashing and stalling the whole machine permanently, but otherwise everything else is "spot" on... if you'll excuse the pun.

but yeah, it's great. I like it.

Getting my head around it since getting a new laptop.

I hated the iMac in my office that was running it and got frustrated while using it.

My desktop in work and at home are still rocking tiger which is a nice comfortable environment.

But the babysteps I'm taking on the laptop are warming me to it gradually.
I can see why windows users are making the change easier with leopard. It very windowsy...

I took the jump in at home. Once I turned off all the gimmicks in Lepoard it's fine. I've never like the animation crap in OSx, but it seems solid. Hooking it up to the interflash tonight, see how that goes

I do like CS3 though, I ussually hate updates, but the CS3 changes make real sense. Good stuff.

you should see my dinning table, on the left a mac mini with 20 inch widescreen LCD monitor... on the right a 10 year old work horse of an iMac...

It's like I've joined the darkside
