Does the band name come from the movie The Untouchables?

Does this question get asked regularly? Yes.
I don't think anyone in the band has seen that movie.
It was inspired by a line from Slaughterhouse 5 by Kurt Vonnegut. As underdogs, fighting a losing battle and not afraid to admit it we thought we would express solidarity with all the doomed people of the world.
