and wouldn't the bank holiday weekend finish off on monday night? i'm going gold-panning on monday so i can't be out too late sunday. a night of epic introspective chin-stroking with the occasional sense of urgency (!!) would be ok but not 'hardcore', that sounds a bit too energetic.
