Formerly an original member and long time co-writer with acclaimed band Dae-Kim , Katie Kims' debut solo release "Twelve" is due for release exclusively on vinyl at the end of July.Having been compared to the likes of Cat Power , PJ Harvey and Galaxy 500 in the past , Katie Kims' sounds , atmospherics and distinctive lyrics have pushed her to the forefront of the irish independant music scene this year.Having played with the likes of Two Gallants , Babyshambles , Damien Rice and The Wedding Present , This will be one of Katie Kims' few select few dates left , this summer , before they relocate to Montreal in September.
