A combination of live instrumentations, found sounds, and field recordings result in Mad EP’s signature sound, a blend of ambient, hip-hop, hardcore, breakbeat, classical, jazz, and noise distilled into his unique style of funk. With releases for Ad Noiseam, Acroplane and Hymen under his belt, as well as a monthly show on Sub FM, Mad EP makes his recording debut for !Kboogie with the booty bass banger that is ‘Bass Crunchers’, blogger Wayne Marshall says: “i thought my brain was gonna leak out my nose for a minute”. Sarsparilla
