JACKIE-O-MOTHERFUCKER Nov. 3rd, Dublin (1 Viewer)

Feckin deadly gig! Inca Ore was brilliant and Jackie-O-Motherfucker were amazing. It's a shame they couldn't have played for more than an hour.

aye, this were really great... having not seen jackie-o before, i wasn't sure if the were going to be split personality like on some of their records... in the end, they were just consistently really, really good...

inca ore was very cool as well... any recommendations?

Thought IncaOre had some great moments (nice collages) but Valet were the best thing on the night for me (I never knew that they were 2 members of Jackie Oh....) - thought JOMF had some decent moments but took a long time getting there...but some great Hendrixy rock-outs.

Yeah, Valet built such a sound for a duo. I was entranced by them; just to build towards a beautiful intensity and keep it there. I enjoyed Inca Ore, good clarity to her process - my hair was close to standing when she sang.

Jackie O were fucking mesmerising. What a damn fine set of loose musicians. Same kind of build of steam - rural, cosmic, kinetic.

Nick Bindeman was the geeky prince on guitar?
