What band played on the moon? I thought this would have been on the news or something, it's fairly unusual.

I believe ZZ Top were booked to be the first band to play on the moon if NASA ever managed to establish some sort of functioning moon base...can't wait for that! Moutpiece could support.

Seriously, I think it was around the time of the Eliminator album that they were trying to book themselves/or be booked as the first band that would play on the moon.

Either way, I fukkin love the Top...gonna go drink a beer now and listen to Tres Hombres.
