Yup , some good times - go pick up the dole - see if Pete was wearing his Quicksand t-shirt (He was known as Quicksand to some of us here on thumped). Into town , a sandwich and a coffee at Simons and if it was a Wednesday , go to Dazed on 13th Floor where Liam and Biggly and maybe Killian would be playing some very loud indie tunes, and see which of the characters turned up that week.

The 90s were all about pitch & putt. The Commandos in the ditches, the doses of the shanks, the intermittent magic with that trusty wedge, the soggy scorecards and the juvenile course records.
I think the venerable old game defines the decade like nothing else.
