"what do i care, i've got a growth on my pecker..."

i just found out that ossie davis (who played JFK, and who died a few months ago... i put up a thread about it here and nobody replied :() read Malcolm X's eulogy!

if anyone has the DVD of this then i'd recommend watching the making of featurette. some really touching interviews with ossie davis on it - he obviously knew that he was on his way out, but seemed completely content with his life. good stuff.

I watched this last night, and giggled my way to sleep...
This morning, over breakfast i was still snickering...

I have had the fear about watching this for a long time now. I just don't think I'm going to like it, and I don't want to squander 90 minutes confirming my fear. But strangely, that fear doesn't apply to films I know I'm not going to like and watch anyway. What gives?
