It looks a hell of a lot more interesting than a straight down the line fawning bio-pic like Walk The Line or Ray. The black & white stuff in the trailer looks amazing.

Its one of those movies I've been hearing about for what seems like years now. I think it was directed by the guy who did Velvet Goldmine so thats a bit of a worry!

Yeah, Todd Haynes. I thought this film was being made years ago. He must be having serious trouble releasing it. Arguements over the final cut no doubt...
Can I be the only person to have enjoyed Velvet Goldmine?

Anyone ever see lost Queer Classic 'Swoon'? One of the most original American films I have ever seen. Haynes was in it, possibly in the phrenological montage. Based on the same source as 'Rope'.
