ehhh... prevention is better than cure people...

Sorry - seriously tho - i sympathise - empathise - post-pregnancy and all... There are various otc creams and stronger ones yr doc can prescribe. None worked for me - time was the only healer... Being as this is the "how are you feeling today" thread and not the "talk about your bum" thread, i'll leave it at that... pm me and we can talk about stitz baths and yoga asanas...
