Back when I was studying music in UCC, I used to sit up on the top floor of the Boole library making tapes of the vinyls that are carefully hidden away up there... There's some really cool archived material of different musics from around the world, field recordings taken from people in the Deep South, some nice jazz collections... rakes of stuff! You'd nearly never get through it all.Anyway, one day I found this filing cabinet and started rooting through all the cassettes in there, stumbled across one marked 'street music from java' (it's quite common for UCC students to win scholarships to Java) and was astounded at what was on the tape...I'll pass it on to Dave to give to you.
