Helmet have just announced a gig in Whelans on Saturday June 10. It is following the cancellation of the bare in the woods festival which they were due to play at. I couldnt find any old helmet threads to update!!!

Sucks about Bare In The Woods. Hot Colossus played that a few years ago and it was brilliant. Mind you, back then it was small. The food stall was a table with a car parked beside it full of boxes of chocolate bars and trays of 7-up.

On the tour dates in Oz/NZ they've been playing Betty in its entirety. I'd go see that.

Page Hamilton is a friend of a friend and real nice bloke. He showed up to her less than obscure country festival in the back arse of Mayo a few years ago and played for nothing.
