I know it sounds pretty pathetic to say that my first time in GZ was when we played there.. but it's deadly. I recommend it for anyone finding it impossible to play in town. It's a cool room, run by cool people with very friendly staff.

One gripe though (y'know me) drink is REALLY DEAR!

yeah, it's bleedin' deadly. that band weevil are awesome. i'm drawing up their contracts as i write this, with my other 2 hands. honest. they were totally rapid. the whole thing was rapid. nice one GZ!

Ya, they supported us in Fred Zeppelins in Cork when I played my last gig with Holy Ghost Fathers (hey, allo, theres a plug for you) and I thought they were amazing. At the time they said they'd kill for a gig in Dublin.

I saw them before they were big!!!

P.S. Denizens of Ilk in Isaac Butts on Sunday 2nd December...its gonna be a good one!!
