Hey everyone, we're a new band with a few songs written, looking for a second guitarist.
Influences: QOTSA, Foo Fighters, Electric 6, Thin Lizzy, etc.
Solos are ok, but no long shred fest, you will be sharing guitar duties with the main songwriter ;-)
AGE: 18- 24
Own transport preferred but not essential
Practice is usually Tuesdays or Saturdays, could possibly be flexible.
Practice is usually in either Bray or Enniskerry, to which we can provide transport if necessary. We practice with electric drum kits so we don't deafen ourselves!
Once a month we drive to a rehearsal studio to play on a full kit with pa system.
Good grooves, the occasional twin lead, that sort of thing. We're still trying to nail down a style, so you'd be entering pretty much on the ground level.
The guitarist, bassist and singer have been in numerous bands together, so we are reasonably tight already.
