Noise festival - awesome
Noise festival happening bang/smack in the middle of my Leaving Cert - not awesome

Looks like it'd be a mad 'un anyway. Good luck with it.

It's never a good idea to post about gigs before a venue has been confirmed, especially a venue as untrustworthy as Baker Place. This is sowing the seeds for confusion if the dates, venue or both have to be changed.

dont think so - this showed up on the munitions family myspace:

looks like it's in a house

since we are mentioned in the first post, though - rightly - not on the poster itself, i should state that female orphan asylum and wölflinge will not be playing at this.

I was hoping to travel up from Co Cork for this but I've something else on that weekend.
Hope it goes well for all concerned and that the unusual venue doesn't cause too many problems.

that's a bizarre location. If it's one of those (and I think it is) student-popullated estates, there shouldn't be a huge amount of probs. However, if it is any bit residential (i.e. one or two houses out of fifty), expect some level of complaints. Still, its probably a better spot than Bakers:rolleyes:

I expect the estate to either be empty or the gardai will raid the place within ten minutes because of complaints. SHould be great either way.

Does anyone actually know is this on June 5th TO 6th (as in starts at 9pm on the 5th and continues til the AM of the 6th) or is it on for two nights? The poster & info makes it seem the former..
