fair-trade orange juice

fair-trade columbian honey (or welsh if its about) for the making of the balsamic-stylee dressings

Fair trade is where its at right now. Their dark roast ground coffee is .|..|.

I also dig Supermaquinn's:

Cajun Salmon fillets (pricy but)
Their breaded turkey jobs, can't remember who makes them but they're rappah.
All their meat/fish in fairness.

all their ready meals are the same as waitroses ready meals. i.e. posh. Even though I don't eat ready meals I admire superquinns committment to providing too much salt, saturated fat and preservatives to their customers in a posh fashion.

Oxfam do some lovely fair trade extra spicy ginger cookies. Yummy.

I bought a bag of spelt the other day. It is alright, kind of like sugar puffs for diabetics. Very filling so it is.
