Gigposter Exhibition - Sept 16th (1 Viewer)

This Tuesday 16th Sept sees the opening of a new show in VERSUS, pitting the poster designs of Tiny Little Horse [IRL] against Lil’ Guy Al [USA]. The show features screen printed gigposters (mostly) for bands such as CSS, Feist, Battles, Ministry, Butthole Surfers, Warlords of Pez, Liars, Melvins, The Raconteurs, Modest Mouse, The Kills, The Dwarves, QOTSA, Mudhoney, Billy Bragg and many more.

Tiny Little Horse are a design collective based in Dublin made up of Illustrators BRENB, Gavin Beattie and Chris Judge.

Lil' Guy Al features the work of US artists Lil Tuffy, Guy Burwell, Alan Hynes and Christian Sloan Hall.

Doors open at 6:30PM and posters start from €25.

Bump - this opens tonight. We hung all the posters last night, there's about 80 or 90.

What's Oscillations?

It's on in the Black Box in Belfast at the begining of next month.

Oscillations is a new multi-media arts festival presented by Ordinary Days and The Black Box, running over 3rd - 12th October 2008. The festival aims to showcase the leading edge of independent music, film, contemporary art, graphic design, and technology on a local and international level.

The programme consists of live music performances, film screenings, exhibitions and creative workshops.
