getting rid of a cold (1 Viewer)

for the past few days i've had a really stuffy head, a very raw throat and i've been ridiculously tired the whole time.
i'm taking garlic, echinacea and vit c supplements and i'm drinking lots of juice and eating heaps of fresh veg.
the pharmacy lady said it was due to stress and lack of sleep. which is true.

but i want to go to xBxRx tonight and i also have plans for the weekend.

any quick fix solutions?
tips?

Neck a hot whiskey, go to the Hub, rock your ass off and sweat the badness out of ya. In a most lady like way of course.

Paracetamol work wonders for me when I have a dose alright. A little TOO well. My liver like sme even less when I throw that shit at it.

A good friend of mine swears by Lemsip and a good dash of whiskey last thing at night. It certainly seems to help provide a restful night.

but i think i'll have a hot whiskey or two tonight and then some paracetemol before bedtime.
